Du kan søke om tillatelse fra UMEUS Student Co-Living til å la en annen person leie og bo i boligen for en avtalt periode. Dette kan være nyttig for situasjoner som studieopphold i utlandet, eller andre midlertidige fravær. For at søknaden skal bli godkjent, må fremleietakeren være en student mellom 18-30 år, og ikke ha noe uoppgjort med UMEUS fra tidligere leieforhold. Kontaktinformasjonen til den aktuelle studenten må inkluderes i søknaden.
Det er viktig å merke seg at tillatelse til fremleie i tidsbestemte avtaler må innhentes skriftlig og i samsvar med vilkårene i leieavtalen. Leietakeren forblir juridisk ansvarlig for boligen og for å sørge for at leiebetalingen blir gjort, selv når du har fremleid til en annen person. Du er ansvarlig for å videreformidle all informasjon du mottar fra utleier til fremleietakeren i den gjeldende fremleieperioden.

- Ditt navn leilighetsnummer, telefonnummer og epost
- Fremleietaker(ne)s navn
- Dokument som bekrefter studentstatus
- Fremleietakers kontaktinformasjon

All informasjon du har mottatt skal videreformidles til fremleietaker, det er forventet at du er til stede ved overtakelse og gir en grundig innføring i hvordan ting fungerer.

You can apply for permission from UMEUS Student Co-Living to sublease your apartment for an agreed-upon period. This can be useful for situations such as studying abroad or other temporary absences. To have your application approved, the subtenant must be a student between the ages of 18-30 and should not have any outstanding issues with UMEUS from previous tenancies. The contact information of the prospective subtenant must be included in the application.
It's important to note that permission for subleasing in fixed agreements must be obtained in writing and in accordance with the terms of the lease agreement. The tenant remains legally responsible for the accommodation and ensuring that rent payments are made, even when subleasing to another person. You are responsible for conveying all information received from the landlord to the subtenant during the current sublease period.

- Your phone number and email
- Subtenants name
- Any Co-tenants?
- Place of study, Bachelors/masters level.
- Subtenants phone number and email
- Sublease period. (Start/end)
All relevant information about the apartment sent to you from UMEUS should be forwarded to the subtenant. It is recommended that you give a brief demonstration of the following:
- House rules
- The key system including the waste disposal system
- Opening and closing of the valve controlling the water flow to the dishwasher
- Water stopper/Water guard
- The cabinet where you find the main valve for the water supply into the apartment, and what to close in the event of a water leak
- Fire alarm delay system
- Storage department
- Mailbox
- Internet
