At UMEUS Nardobakken, our tenants has access to different products and services . These are often services that comes with a charge, which will be listed below. The list is not exhaustive, and services/costs could be changed and updated.
Administrative services
If you need help from the Community manager or other service providers, this could incur a cost. We have listed some costs below. The list is not exhaustive, and will in some cases increase based on actual costs.
- Use of janitorial services: kr 850/commenced hour.
- Adminstration fee for services outside normal services: Kr 1500.
- Production of a new main key chip: Kr 1500
- Loss of grey chip: Kr 250
- Costs inflicted by the tenant will be reinvoiced based on repair cost.
- Changing of contractual agreements: Kr 5000
The following services are provided by a third party.

Security services, key handling
Avarn offer key service, callouts in regards to safety-situations, and to noise complaints. They are not janitors, and should only be used if necessary. As a rule of thumb, the responsible party will pay for the callout. Misuse of the service will lead to additional costs.
The Security companies will also do inspection rounds on the buildings, to make sure the quiet hours (23.00-07.00) are respected.
UMEUS Trondheim has an agreement with AVARN. Payment through VIPPS is possible.
- Key service/assistance: Kr 1000.
- Callouts: Kr 1095
Laundry services
We offer normal machines, and some bigger machines. Detergent and softener is automatically dosed, private detergents is forbidden.
- Normal machines, including detergent/softener/drying: 25kr
- Bigger machines, including detergent/softener/drying: 30kr.
- Damages caused by misuse will be charged based on an appraisers assessment.
