During the inspection, you must hand in all keys that connect to the tenancy. If you do not attend the check-out, you must hand the keys to the landlord before the inspection takes place. You can either do this by handing in the keys directly to an employee, or by putting the keys in an envelope (marked with the apartment number). The envelope can then be delivered to the mailbox in Nardobakken 4, marked with CAMPUSLIFE (TBC)
If you do not return the keys at the end of the tenancy, and it is evident that you have vacated the premises, the landlord will inspect the apartment nevertheless. Parts of the deposit will be withheld in accordance with the current prices.
