Connect Philips Hue Dimmer to Philips Hue lightbulb
To connect the dimmer to a light bulb simply hold the dimmer close to the bulb you want to connect it to and press on button until the light bulb starts blinking. Make sure that the light bulb is already on when connecting it to the dimmer. If there is no light in the bulb simply unscrew the bulb from the light fixture and screw it back in place. If there is still no light in the bulb, reset the Philips Hue Dimmer.

To reset the dimmer simply press and hold the setup button for 10 seconds on the back side of the dimmer using a needle, paper clip, earring, etc. When releasing the button the dimmer will start flashing green, orange and red. The device is now ready to be connected.
Philips Hue Light bulb is making a high frequency noice when switched off
If you have problems with your lights giving a high frequency noice when switched off you can try to updating the light bulb to the latest version by downloading the Philips Hue Bluetooth app and connect your smartphone to the light bulb itself. After connecting a light bulb to the app you will find available updates for each light bulb. By adding the light bulbs to the app you have the opportunity to control the light's temperature and brightness from your own smartphone.
